Augusta University’s Department of Music hosted its inaugural MusicCon at the Maxwell Theatre on Oct. 20. The entire community was invited to learn about the wide array of programs and activities in the music department. Several musical groups performed, including the jazz band, choir and opera singers. The event was moved from the original location of Douglas Barnard Amphitheatre due to weather concerns. (photos by Rakiyah Lenon)
