The Augusta University women’s golf team opened its season at the Tiger Classic in Clemson, finishing sixth but showing plenty of promise behind strong play from veterans and freshmen alike. Graduate student Maureen LeGentil and senior Sarah Adams led the Jaguars, while Augusta’s newcomers gained valuable experience on the challenging Walker Course.
